"After one year of home coverage I was dropped from SF coverage - no changes or claims. Was told I had coverage through mid Feb to find replacement but during inquiry from my mortgage company they were told I was without coverage as of Jan 6. So unprofessional yet consistent with everything I read about State Farm. God forbid I actually would have needed a claim between Jan and Feb delta - would have been worthless paper."

We do have to have tough conversations with customers, and I can see the notes in the system that we discussed the underwriting reason why with you. I do think there is some confusion, because you do still have coverage through 2/18/25, and State Farm is absolutely standing behind that coverage you have had and continue to have until the 18th.
